I really think the DNR oversteps and the state needs a checks and balance. We pay tons of taxes Where is it all going go? Hhmmm

The DNR is in this for the money. It is close to camp grayling and there is not a more difficult group to take to court and win against than the DNR. There is something else behind this. In the middle of Gladwin County? How many times did the DNR fine property owners for digging a well, or working on their own private property. I understand if the result causes a major issue in rivers in lakes that disturb fisheries and eco systems. But we all know this is not that. Gladwin, class action lawsuit. FOIA Requests and start now so the Statute of Limitations is not exhausted. Where did the water go? Anyone who is an attorney in Gladwin County. Please file on behalf of the people in a class action and demand chain of custody
