People everywhere are struggling to put food on the table. Those having to pay sales tax on it have it the worst. I will be planting vegetables on my pool deck in tubs this summer. I will can jams, and freeze the veggies I can. I will make my own spaghetti sauce. I stocked up in 2021 and keep rotating my canned goods by expiration date. But not only are people paying more, they are getting less for their money.

I think more and more people are preparing and growing their own food these days.
