What are they really trying to hide? I know they don't need a bunch of people heading to a crime scene or an accident. Those get enough bystanders as it is. Just live in a small community and have an ambulance show up and every person in the nearby vicinity turns out. I know this, I lived in a small community. People are curious. What is the real point in shutting out the public? There has to be a reason. They all have secure channels they can switch to once the initial call out has been aired.
